YOU FIGURED?!?!?!?!

I know I haven't written in a while, but I'll update soon. Lots to update.
I just wanted to vent about an ongoing office rumor at the dr's office I work for.

Monday was a bad day. I was in a bad mood, hadn't slept at all Sunday night, and so eyes were a bit swollen & therefore I was really quiet. This stupid lady in the front office asks me "Are you pregnant? Because I told the girls you were. I told them 'Laura's pregnant that's why she's so down and quiet today'. So are you?"

I sat there bewildered. I simply stated "No! Why would you say that?"
Her answer: "I just figured you were."

My response: WELL YOU FIGURED WRONG YOU DUMB #&%*! And you need to tell the front office I'm NOT!"

Today our nurse practitioner walks by me with this crap-eatin-grin on her face and says "howww are we feelin todaaay?".

The entire office thinks I'm pregnant. I went in there today and revoked the rumor. Stupid women.
